Job Description
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys to evaluating current compensation policy (new compensation ways, new market strategies, new market conditions).
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
- Analyzing benefits plans, programs, and budget per grade to give the management opportunity to decide the suitable benefits for the company.
- Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., pension policies, medical programs, insurance policies, car policies etc.).
- Create and implement the benefits on a separate program across the company to create loyalty program, which started last year (We care).
- Monitoring country, Industry, Market, and benefits trends to comply and create updates accordingly.
- Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or any related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- ERP System Experience is a plus.
