Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our sales administration back office work, Contracts and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, and complete weekly/monthly sales reports..

To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing subscriptions and contracts.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying requests, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Using strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite to maintain sales figures and create presentations
  • Presenting sales figures to senior sales management

 

 

Job Requirements

Sales Administrator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • Previous 3 years experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Zoho or Similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic skills.
