Responsible for:
1. Understand and can perform all SEO agent job responsibilities
2. Develop optimization strategies and tactics that increase the client’s website search engine ranking using cost-effective
techniques.
3. Develop and execute the 4 levels of SEO (Technical, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and conversion optimization)
4. Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
5. Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and market trends.
6. Performing website audits and analysis to ensure its readiness for optimization.
7. Perform A/B testing and other multivariate experimentation experience.
8. Work with content team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout content creation.
9. Follow up with web development team to ensure the proper website-data management.
10. Follow up with development and web-designing team regarding page optimization (UI/UX).
11. Perform keyword research, discovery, and selection for relevant and useful keywords.
12. Create and execute link building strategy.
13. Assist in changing website architecture, content, links, and visuals to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
14. Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools to analyze SEO strategy performance.
15. Suggest and/or write compelling and high quality website content to improve website search results.
16. Perform weekly and monthly reports of SEO results and interpret them for further implications.
17. Follow up with account managers to organize customer requirements in relevance to SEO ROI.
Team-Leading Responsibilities:
18. Educate team members about new updates and market trends regarding SEO.
19. Provide the team with tactical knowledge regarding how social media, press release, blogging are go hand-in-hand with
SEO.
20. Track and analyze team performance and record results and analytics to the direct manager with recommendations.
21. Motivate SEO team members and ensure their engagement in their upgrading processes.
22. Manage and solve team conflicts and record cases for further corrective and preventive actions.
23. Assist HR department in SEO-team talent acquisition and retention plans.
24. Ensure the consistence and adherence of team members to the workflow.
25. Provide new implications to optimize workflow in a cost-effect way.
Job Requirements
- 1. 2-3 year experience as an SEO agent
- 1-2 year experience as an SEO team leader
- MBA is a distinguishing point
- Digital marketing background is a must
- SEO-professional English reading, writing, and conversation
- Age 25-35.
- Proficiency with data management via Microsoft excel
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
