Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Reviewing, preparing, shipping documents Vs customer orders
- Contact with customer to get the final destination
- Calculate and book number of containers required
- Release packing list
- Follow loading process
- Update the instruction from customers to staff
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Communicate with other departments to prepare the shipments
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
