Job Description
- Analyzing and understanding customer needs and issuing continuous reports and recommendations in this regard to the Sales and Marketing Research Departments
- Continuous communication with customers after the sale process is made to provide the best possible service, and work to solve their problems
- Undertaking all responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day e-commerce operations by effectively managing operation’s team
- Working with reports to execute the accurate processing of orders
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demands
- Regularly communicate with Omni Store Leader to discuss strengths, opportunities, and trends in business
- Continuous communication with customers through the electronical system to provide the fastest and best service.
- Achieving full congruence between the electronic system operations and the actual procedures in the warehouse.
- Strict follow-up of operations in accordance with the approved procedures, without exceptions or deviation off the procedures paths.
- Achieving operations and procedures according to international standards.
- Continuous communication with the handling and packaging departments within the sector, and the various sections in the financial department.
- Always maintain storage spaces in the best technical condition.
- Constant checking on shelves and racks, and reporting problems and malfunctions.
- Carrying out minor maintenance operations for shelves, racks and pallets, and reporting any major malfunctions.
- Proper use of transport and handling equipment and tools.
- Strictly follow the procedures for collecting items in accordance with the issuing orders.
- Transfer of issued items to packaging department by following a precise system of handling.
Job Requirements
- Deep knowledge of supply chain operations and information systems
- Solid working experience with e-commerce platforms
- Mastering Microsoft office
- Planning and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Suitable academic degree, project management specialty is preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in an e-commerce setting, at least 3 of them in a similar position
