Job Description
- Order, receive, store, maintain, and disburse parts, materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
- Ensure that inventory count is adequate, cost effective, and accurate using various methods such as a full inventory count, cycle counting, or spot checking.
- Determine stocking levels and reorder points.
- Order inventory as necessary to maintain stocking levels, utilizing quantity.
- Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting and receipt of payment.
- Locate sources for, order, and acquire items needed but not stocked in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, vehicles, equipment, and other items as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Supervising and following up the warehouse workers in a way that ensures the workflow with the highest possible productivity
- Supervising sales orders, major customers and export, loading these orders into cars and freight.
- Supervising the row of goods inside the warehouse, storing the storage space and the areas of the goods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
- Time management capability
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent presentation skill
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office) mainly Excel
- Ability to prepare periodic reports
- Working 12 hours
- Giza residents preferred
