Job Description

  • Order, receive, store, maintain, and disburse parts, materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
  • Ensure that inventory count is adequate, cost effective, and accurate using various methods such as a full inventory count, cycle counting, or spot checking.
  • Determine stocking levels and reorder points.
  • Order inventory as necessary to maintain stocking levels, utilizing quantity.
  • Disburse inventory as appropriate and with documentation to ensure proper accounting and receipt of payment.
  • Locate sources for, order, and acquire items needed but not stocked in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, vehicles, equipment, and other items as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Supervising and following up the warehouse workers in a way that ensures the workflow with the highest possible productivity
  • Supervising sales orders, major customers and export, loading these orders into cars and freight.
  • Supervising the row of goods inside the warehouse, storing the storage space and the areas of the goods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Time management capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent presentation skill
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) mainly Excel
  • Ability to prepare periodic reports
  • Working 12 hours
  • Giza residents preferred
