Job Description
- Developing and Implementing Quality Standards: Establishing quality standards and procedures for product evaluation and testing.
- Testing and Inspection: Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.
- Identifying Defects and Issues: Identifying and documenting product defects or issues and working with relevant teams to address them.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and enhance product quality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and any corrective actions taken. Generating reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyzing customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and address any quality-related concerns.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role or a related field may be preferred, particularly in manufacturing or production environments.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Built (Required)
- ISO 9001 Lead audit (Required)
- ISO 45001 & Social accountability knowledge is preferred.
- Project management and Presentation skills
