Job Description
Main Duties:
- Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for planning and production in order to achieve the main objectives of the company
- Supervising and following up the implementation of the annual production plan
- Linking all the departments in the company to achieve the agreed production plan. And link production plans to the purchase of materials, their quantities and the timing of their purchase
- Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the administration.
- Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and the application of established quality standards and procedures
- Putting statistics and reports at the disposal of the Director-General at periodic intervals and upon his request
- Training individuals working in the Planning and Production Department on their work and transferring his experience to them so that they are qualified to replace him in the event of a vacancy in the position
- Preparing weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the General Manager on the progress of the production proces
Job Requirements
- Preferably a holder of scientific and training certificates in the field of planning
- At least 5 years of experience in the planning and follow-up department in industrial companies
