Job Description
- Marketing the company's application/platform within the obour area
- Onboarding Retailers on the Company's platform and educating them on how to use the system and how to support the B2C & B2B business on the platform
- Conduct surveys in the target area to understand the needs of the Retailers and update the database on a regular basis
- Learn all new modules of the company's application/platform and keep educating the Retailer on the same
- Follow the Buddy System, and Mentor System and support new BDOs during the induction and training period
- Setting up communication with existing Retailers to keep getting leads for the platform
Job Requirements
- Graduated only
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma
- No experience Needed ( Fresh grads are welcome to apply )
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
