Job Description
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Resume collection and screening
- Interview arrangement and assessment
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Handling employee entry and resignation procedures
- Update and maintain employees' files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
- Prepare Social Insurance transactions and related work
- Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience from 2-5 years in the field of HR
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communications skills and problem-solving skills
- Good English level and good Microsoft office skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
