Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline the deployment and release process.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of CRM security measures.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CRM Developer or in a similar role with expertise in Salesforce, Bitrix24.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, C# and JavaScript.
In-depth understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and security concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications in CRM and DevOps are a plus.
