Job Description
- Must be fluent in French and English with B2 level language proficiency.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features!
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Job Requirements
- no prior experience needed in Customer Service Field.
- Proficiency Level B2 and above in French and English Proficiency level.
- Should be flexible with 24-7 rotating shifts.
- Work on site within the training period
- Transportation is provided door to door
