Job Description
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests as they arrive and support them.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Handle filing, record-keeping, and correspondence (emails, phone calls, documents).
- Draft, edit, and check documents; resolve administrative issues and prepare reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Arrange travel schedules and accommodations.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial document processing.
- Collaborate with the finance department for reporting and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience in a similar field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Presentable with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks.
Working Conditions: Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Office location: Sheraton Heliopolis
