Job Description

  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and guests as they arrive and support them.
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Handle filing, record-keeping, and correspondence (emails, phone calls, documents).
  • Draft, edit, and check documents; resolve administrative issues and prepare reports.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Arrange travel schedules and accommodations.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial document processing.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for reporting and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience in a similar field and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Presentable with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks.

Working Conditions: Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Office location: Sheraton Heliopolis
