We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Shop-in-Shop Bookstore. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting a wide range of books, and helping customers find the perfect reads. You will play a key role in maintaining an inviting store environment, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Job Requirements

Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a bookstore or related environment.
A passion for books and reading, with a strong understanding of various genres and authors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
