Job Description

- Contact and follow up with potential or existing customers
- Answer clients' basics inquires
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the databases
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as call center or telesales agent
- Residence near Nasr City or Heliopolis is a Must
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Good English
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
