Job Description
The Chief Contract Administrator - Overseas Operations - will demonstrate a keen attention to details and possess the ability to identify potential risks. He should possess strong analytical skills to analyze contracts, manage the contract execution, mitigate risks (risk management) aiming to ensure compliance with legal regulations to save the company rights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience in legal concepts of construction contracts and contractual clauses.
- Strong understanding of construction law and FIDIC guidelines
- Hands-on experience in drafting correspondence, conduct claims administration procedures if any.
- Hands-on experience in quantifying the variation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Fluent English / French is a must
- Willingness to work abroad (Outside Egypt)
