- Creativity & ability to generate applicable ideas to achieve marketing goals.
- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners.
- Plan out localised BTL campaigns in conjunction with city heads.
- Experience with events, exhibitions, activations organisation.
- Experience with Billboard , Radio , T.V Packages & ad creation & execution.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all offline campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and Kpi's).
- Planning, designing & monitoring our offline presence.
- Build a network of localised marketing vendors in every city.
- Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on-ground coordination.
- Oversee design/dev/distribution of all marketing collaterals and material.
- Actively involved in end to end execution of offline marketing campaigns/ideas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in the same position
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
