Coordinate and manage the import and export of goods to and from domestic and international locations.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Prepare and process all import and export documentation, including customs clearance and shipping manifests.
Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
Resolve any issues or delays in the import/export process.
Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on import/export regulations and trade compliance requirements.
Prepare all clearance documentation in collaboration with suppliers and the finance team.
Proficient in SAP MM is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in import/export logistics operations.
Proven experience in import/export logistics operations.
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in import/export documentation and logistics software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certification in import/export or logistics is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP MM is required.
