Job Description
Purpose: To coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of mixed-use projects within scope, time, and budget constraints, ensuring efficient resource utilization and clear communication among stakeholders.
- Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate proposed finishing materials in line with project standards and stakeholder preferences.
- Work closely with Project Engineers, providing real-time progress updates for the manager.
- Interface with clients to ensure project requirements, scope, and objectives are met throughout each project phase.
- Technical Review
- Conduct detailed reviews of design and shop drawing packages, addressing owner- specific requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and feasibility of shop drawings for materials like marble, aluminum profiles, and composite panels.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, plans, and reports, adhering to technical office policies and procedures.
- Project Planning and Monitoring
- Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and budgets based on contract terms.
- Track and monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Provide regular updates and escalate issues to senior project coordination management as necessary.
- Meetings and Proposals
- Participate in progress meetings, contributing technical solutions and proposals to support project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Language Requirement: Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills. Experience: Minimum 10 years in mixed-use projects (retail, offices, recreation).
