Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and support departments.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce plans and job requirements.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews and assessments.
- Manage offer letters, negotiation, and pre-employment processes.
- Build and maintain talent pools for high-demand manufacturing roles (e.g., CNC machinists, welders, maintenance technicians).
- Collaborate with local technical schools, training centers, and workforce agencies to attract early-career talent.
- Support apprenticeship and internship programs.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry expos.
- Promote the company’s culture, benefits, and growth opportunities to attract talent in a competitive market.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment activity reports and provide insights on time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of production and plant-based job profiles, shift scheduling, and frontline recruitment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment data tools.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with both HR and operational leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Prior recruitment experience in the FMCG sector (e.g., food production, consumer goods, packaging, logistics).
- Understanding of labor-intensive work environments and seasonal workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employer branding initiatives and local talent sourcing strategies.
Working Conditions:
- 9 Working hours
- 2 days off/week (Friday - Saturday)
- Fixed Morning shift
- Work location: Industrial area , 6 of October City, Giza
