Job Description
- Administer, direct, and review security operation programs to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all guest and employee accidents and incidents.
- Prepare work schedules for effective staffing, ensuring efficient operation of the department within specific labor standards.
- The periodic monitoring of the company's facilities inside the sector.
- Supervise the security supervisors as well as individuals in the sector.
- Monitoring the entry and exit of workers from the gates designated for this.
- Monitor the control of the movement of workers in the factories.
- Inspect any suspicious worker suspected of theft or abnormal behavior in terms of behavior or general appearance within the factory.
- Immediate notification in the event of any serious security breaches.
- Continuous monitoring of the work of contractors within the company
- Handle emergency situations when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor of Police degree + Bachelor of Military Sciences, specializing in security.
- Graduate studies in the fields of investigation and research are preferred.
- Experience not less than 10 years in the field of security
- Knowledge of English and computer skills is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead a team and upgrade performance.
- Ability to work flexibly with daily stress.
