Job Description
- Achieve set Quarterly target by implementing proper sales methods and delivering high quality service.
- Generate new business opportunities by maintaining and cultivating effective business relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Monitor and study market conditions and competitors offered services and prices to be able to compete favorably in the market.
- Conduct sales field visits and calls to current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms of sale, contracts and payment methods for sales and service agreements with clients.
- Deliver the signed and company official stamped contract in person to the client and ensure that credit terms are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with Presenters, Marketing and media traffic teams to deliver customized client requests.
- Working closely with the client to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services.
- Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction by offering high quality service and following up on client needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Background and work experience in the system integration industry before is a must.
- 2 - 6 years of experience.
- Business, accounting and reporting skills.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
