Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
- Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
- Responsible for responding to RFIs and site queries.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
- Reporting to the Senior Technical Office Engineer.
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, RFQ (Request for quotation), correspondence…etc. to take into.
- Responsible for regularly updating the Design& Follow-up and coordination between Consultants, Owner Engineering Office, H.Q.
- Responsible for Creating any Required Missing Design details.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree of Civil engineering.
- Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, SAP, Word, and Excel are a must.
- Professional English language.
- A resident of Giza City.
- Knowledge of design standards, local codes, and government regulations.
- Possession of great work ethics, a high degree of integrity, and a willingness to put in the hours whenever needed.
- High organization skills and ability to prioritize & concurrently service multiple projects.
- Ability to manage own time.
- Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- A good eye for details.
- Ability to work & perform under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other team members.
