Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the site by Supervising and monitoring the site labor force including subcontractors
- Resolving any unexpected difficulties and or problems either technical or managerial to enhance workflow
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis by Submitting
- Progress Reports
- Manages day-to-day client interaction by Delivering the works safely complying with the project time plan
Job Requirements
- Architecture Civil Engineering graduate Architecture preferred
- Prior experience in high-end and luxury finishes residential projects
- Experience 2-5 Years.

- Experience in residential, commercial, and Hospitality finishing projects is preferable.
- Problem-solving.
- Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
