Job Description

 

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.

Employee Database Management:

  • Regularly update and maintain the employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records.
  • Oversee the CV tracking system, ensuring it is current and reflects accurate candidate information.

Attendance Tracking:

  • Record and monitor employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Generate reports on attendance patterns and provide insights to management as needed.

Contract Management:

  • Follow up on the renewal of employee contracts, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain records of contract status and follow up renewals dates to give feedback about this to the HR Manager.

Social Insurance Issues:

  • Manage social insurance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely submissions.
  • Provide support to employees regarding their social insurance inquiries and issues.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and organize employee entertainment activities, celebrations, and recognition events to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate the distribution of gifts and rewards for special occasions and employee milestones.
  • Prepare and present reports on compliance, attendance, and employee engagement activities to HR  management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 3 - 4 year of experience.
  3. Fnger print / Social insurance experience
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (very good Excel, Word, Outlook). ( important )
  5. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
