Job Description

Job Title: HR Specialist

 

Location: Alexandria - Egypt

Department: Human Resources 

Reports To: CEO 

 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our large, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing,     interviewing, and selection.

  - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

 

- Onboarding & Orientation:

  - Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  - Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and policies.

 

- Employee Relations:

  - Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a supportive and open environment.

  - Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and conduct investigations as necessary.

 

- Performance Management:

  - Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, providing training and guidance to managers.

  - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

 

-Policy Development & Compliance:

  - Assist in the development, revision, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

 

- HR Data Management:

  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

  - Generate reports and analytics to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making.

 

- Training & Development:

  - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

  - Promote a culture of learning and career growth within the organization.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
