Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at XNM Studios. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography as part of various projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with the team, conceptualizing visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across different platforms.

Job Description

• Craft visually stunning and impactful designs that elevate social media presence
• Identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions to strengthen visual brand identity
• Collaborate with content marketers to ensure consistent and engaging visual communication across all platforms
• Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for seamless brand consistency
• Partner with the content marketing team to understand marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and target audience
• Brainstorm and develop clear design concepts in a collaborative environment
• Manage projects from initial concept to final execution, meeting deadlines consistently
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers
• Delegate tasks effectively to optimize workflow
• Present design ideas with confidence to content team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve design quality and efficiency
