Job Description
- Install computer Applications and Operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all types of Computer
- Maintain Internet ADSL and Leased Lines with ISP and Telecom company
- Maintain Finger print
- Support the HQ Network Infrastructure including Cables Termination, Routers and Switches installation and configuration.
- Support Users Email Access and Troubleshooting
- Maintain Users and Servers Backup.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
