Job Description
To manage the overall food service operations with specific focus on food and service quality, oversee the outlet cleanliness and maintenance, manpower scheduling and staff training, handling of customer complaints as well as tenant relationship management.
- To oversee the building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
- To manage tenants & staff to work together to provide a vibrant and appealing dining experience for customers.
- To ensure excellent levels of customer service, and to handle customer complaints and respond to all concerns.
- To establish good relationship with tenants and support them on their operational needs and service consistency.
- To coach and mentor, the personnel for day-to-day operations.
- To hire and train necessary personnel for the operation.
- To assist the company in achieving financial targets and goals for the operations.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of practical experience in operations of F&B courts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
