Job Description
- Monitoring the Service Center’s operational system and the client satisfaction level at the Service Center.
- Create a strategy to improve the Service Center’s operational effectiveness for each brand.
- Ensure that organizational policies and processes are carried out in compliance with the Service Center according to each brand.
- Supervise on the trainings of the new hires and provide an explanation of each brand's organizational processes and guidelines
- Make sure the technicians and workshop engineers complete the repair tasks according to the SLA “Time Fame”.
- Ensure the quality of the work carried out within the Service Center and implemented accordingly with clients’ requirements needed for their vehicles in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Make sure the Service Center staff are presentable according to brand guidelines to maximize professional appearance in front of the clients.
- Provide ideas for the Service Center's development, and collaborate with the Service center Manager to assure its implementation and effectiveness in the internal workshop.
- Participating in the execution of the workshop's essential standards, to track and evaluate the performance of the Service Center staff as per the approved standards.
- Direct staff to utilize all available resources and avoid wasting or overusing material.
- Follow up on the distribution of technicians in Service Center according to their technical experience, abilities and skills.
- Monitor subordinates and guarantee the application of necessary and accurate processes for identifying damage according to each brand's requirements.
- Provide solutions to all issues related to the Service Center and cooperate with the service center manager to solve problems.
- Determine the causes of the re-damaged vehicles, provide recommendations, and submit the required reports.
- Any additional tasks that are within the scope of the position and are given by the Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- BSc. of Automotive Engineering in mechanical field or any other relevant field
- Experience from 2-3 years in a workshop, same field
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
- Excellent in decision making and problem solving
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent in English language
- Excellent MS office
