Job Description
- To carry out the tests required on the substance by standard screening methods.
- Document the results in the forms designed for this purpose and thereafter Report to the department of Quality.
- Perform calibration operations according to standard calibration methods for all measurement devices found in quality laboratories.
- Maintain inspection and testing tools and devices in a timely manner keep it running and make sure it’s accurate.
- Immediate reporting of out of specification test results or batch deviation reports whenever needed to the lab head and the Q.C manager.
- Document the results of monitoring operations in the reports prepared therefor and thereafter submitted to the director of Quality Control for review and approval
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience as a QC Specialist in paints and/or coating materials
