IT Systems Engineer (SAP)

Purpose of Work:The SAP SuccessFactors HCM Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of SAMREF's SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This includes ensuring the system aligns with business requirements, optimizing HR processes, and providing technical expertise to maintain a high-performing HCM environment.Regular Assigned Duties:SuccessFactors Expertise:Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, etc.)Configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules to meet SAMREF's unique HR needsIntegration of SuccessFactors with other SAP modules and external systemsProject Management:Lead or participate in SuccessFactors implementation or upgrade projectsCreate project plans, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project deliveryTechnical Support:Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors system issuesProvide technical support to end-usersMonitor system performance and identify areas for improvementData Management:Manage SuccessFactors data, including data migration, cleansing, and validationCreate and maintain reports and dashboardsEnsure data integrity and securityContinuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features and enhancementsResearch and recommend new solutions to optimize HR processesProvide training and knowledge transfer to other team membersEducation:Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors HCM is highly desirable.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
