Job Description
- Develop and deploy quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, target plans, programs, policies, and performance metrics
- Support the sales forecasting process, reporting, and execution to ensure the sales organization has the processes and information needed to meet its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Develop the annual sales budget and achieve the sales objectives within the allocated resources.
- Communicate and attend meetings with key accounts regularly to improve and develop business relationships, serving as an escalation point for key accounts.
- Oversee the documentation of sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
- Support sales administration process including proposals, quotes, contracts, pricing, and compliance in partnership with the product marketing, legal, and finance teams
- Analyze the competition - strategies, partners, performance with reports from the system and personal research
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales and CS pipeline, funnel, and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business
- Collaborate with other stakeholders globally to support international business.
- Promote the full company product portfolio and increase cross-selling opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 5 years as a Sales Manager in Medical & Cosmetics field
- Sales Diploma is a must
- MBA Is a plus
- Sales or revenue operations functions start-up experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to extract key businesses insights through data analysis
- Proven track records of exceeding sales targets
- History of working with high-level decision-makers, effective communicating strategic solutions, and calculated ROI business cases
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- High interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Excellent Command in English
