Job Description

Job Description:

  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Segmentation: Target various consumer categories according to their segmentation.
  • Product Launches: Oversee the successful launch of our products in the market, ensuring timely and impactful introductions
  • Marketing Campaigns: Write Advertising Brief to MARCOM and Assist MARCOM in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Responsible of Instore Communication: And plan & write instore brief to MARCOM and help as needed.

 

  • Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new product launches align with brand positioning and market needs.
  • Brand Profitability: Manage and monitor the brand profitability & work closely with COGS to make sure we are constantly improving & more profitable.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with complementary brands or influencers to enhance brand visibility & sales.
  • Campaigns KPIs: Track & analyse performance indicators to measure marketing campaign effectiveness & identify improvement areas.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements:

  •    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •    4 - 6 years of experience in brand management or marketing in the food industry &   patisserie.
  •   Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent in content creation.
  •    Creative problem-solving abilities.
  •     Proficient in digital marketing tools & platforms. 
  •     Market research & data analysis experience.
