Job Description:
Continuous Improvement Officer who is working on continuous improvement of safety, quality and productivity in manufacturing operations to enhance operational efficiency by eliminating and reducing all types of wastes and losses through the implementation of improvement projects with lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities and duties:
1-Assist production managers and supervisors in following up the production reports to collect full, clean data and registration on the ERP.
2 - Improve safety by preventing injuries; reporting any source that may cause an accident.
3 - Detect the opportunities for improvement by identifying wastes and losses in the manufacturing process.
4 - Implementing the continuous improvement projects and guarantee the sustainability through frequently auditing and following up.
5 - Guarantee the Implementation of lean manufacturing tools in all departments such as (5S/SOP/Autonomous Maintenance).
6 - Encourage and motivate the team to innovate new ideas in the work environment to improve safety, quality, productivity and reduce costs.
7 - Transfer knowledge and culture of continuous improvement to all manufacturing operations staff.
