We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team and lead the enhancement, customization, and integration of our SharePoint environment. You will be responsible for designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions, integrating with various enterprise systems, and providing training and support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation and Analysis

• Assess existing SharePoint infrastructure, workflows, and applications.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze collaboration processes and recommend optimization strategies.

Architecture and Development

• Design scalable SharePoint architectures that align with business needs.
• Develop custom applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer.
• Enhance UI/UX to improve accessibility and user experience.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, CRM, and third-party applications.

Performance Optimization & Security

• Optimize SharePoint performance through configuration and indexing.
• Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
• Enforce advanced security measures including access management, encryption, and compliance with data protection standards.

Migration & Integration

• Plan and execute SharePoint system upgrades or migrations with minimal disruption.
• Integrate SharePoint with internal digital platforms and third-party tools.
• Establish structured data management and archiving solutions.

Training & Support

• Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive user documentation.
• Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance.
