Job Description
Overall Responsibility Of Stored Products:
- Overall responsibility of stored products.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation, ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
- Follow up on all maintenance work, purchase the necessary spare parts, , and sign purchase orders and invoices.
- Develop a maintenance plan and follow up on its implementation.
- Develop operational procedures such as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and merchandise and maintaining warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate warehouse activities including sales, and record inventory control and purchasing to ensure availability of products.
- Develop and manage control systems to ensure that operational performance goals are met within prescribed cost, revenue and profit parameters.
- Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies as well as equipment,
- Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures
- Working in other areas of the maintenance department to provide support during absences or shortage of staff.
- Report and clear indications of “out of stock” or “overstocked” conditions developing.
- Supervise and evaluate warehouse workers.
- Supervise Maintenance team and follow up of work.
- Follow-up security and surveillance cameras.
- Follow-up of the civil defense, health committees and the Food Safety Authority, and fulfill their requirements
