Job Description
- Actively seek out potential customers and develop relationships with farms, agricultural businesses, retailers, and distributors. Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base. Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with excellent service and support. Understand their needs, address any concerns, and offer appropriate solutions. Continuously engage with customers to identify up selling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze local market conditions, trends, and competitors' activities. Gather information on pricing, demand, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company regarding market dynamics, customer requirements, and product improvements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and communicate with management. Utilize sales and CRM tools effectively for pipeline management and reporting.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, including product recommendations, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries,
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to share customer feedback, align strategies, and contribute to overall business growth. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
