Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Consultant/Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in various proceedings, and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to clients on a broad range of matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Admission to the bar in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE legal systems and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
