As a Research Specialist, you’re the silent sniper in our operation. You’ll dig into public records, court filings, and owner histories to uncover off-market gold. Your work powers our acquisitions engine, shortens sales cycles, and generates revenue that drives the entire company forward.
This isn’t “data entry” — this is deal origination at the highest level.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Investigate public records (probate, tax delinquency, foreclosure, vacancy, etc.) to identify high-priority property leads
- Verify ownership info, track down heirs, uncover contact information, and summarize the full story behind a property
- Skip trace hard-to-reach people and organize data to pass warm, urgent leads directly to our sales team
- Flag legal red flags or auction deadlines that require fast action
- Categorize leads accurately — cold call vs sales vs archive — and explain why
- Collaborate with our cold calling, sales, and marketing teams to maximize deal flow
- Log, tag, and organize records using CRM tools and internal systems
- Think critically — not every record is worth pursuing, but the ones that are… change the game
