Job Description
- Monitoring progress of the project.
- Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
- Running operations of a building construction project & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Alexandria residency is a must.
- Minimum one year of Architectural experience or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent creative and visualization skills.
- Attention to detail.
