  • SEFPP is focusing on delivering awareness/ advocacy messages to the targeted segments through media buying tools, Media buying is a process used in paid marketing efforts.
  • The goal is to identify and purchase ad space on channels that are relevant to the target audience at the optimal time, for the least amount of money.
  • In order to strengthen the Family planning’s sector digital presence in supporting the sector’s by providing them with a media buying agency, Media buyers in advertising identify the best mix of media channels to deliver and advertising message to a client’s target audience. 
  • Using research data, they consider what is going to be the most effective with the budget allocated and give the client’s service maximum exposure.
  • The Media buying consultant will be responsible of delivering insights, analytics and design paid campaigns for the sector’s official pages to higher the reach and level of engagements.

Tasks and duties:

  • Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic and buying patterns to define target audience and campaign requirements.
  • Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with social media team to most effectively reach the desired audience.
  • Sourcing and presenting audience data.
  • Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
  • Ensuring the most effective deal structures.
  • Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics
  • Tracking and presenting data such as views, clicks-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
  • Access to the ad account to check the live media spending is a must

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, media or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in working in digital media field.
  • Previous experience in presenting, moderating and reporting on public sessions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic &English language.
  • Ability to develop professional materials in both Arabic & English language.
  • Ability to moderate and facilitate workshops & meetings.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Previous experience with Ministry of Health and Population is an asset..
