Receiving and shipping order
Create ACID and Follow up with NAFEZA process
Ensuring accurate inventory tracking and accounting
Reviewing warehouse logistics and improving
Coordinating the receipt of all inbound shipments of raw goods and transfers into the warehouse, including all documentation, system updates and internal and external communication
Reconciling inbound shipments to PO’s
Facilitating carrier operations and delivery appointments
Maintaining shipment histories and document files
Preparing, routing and managing a company’s purchase order
Monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes
Maintaining and balancing the inbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to insure daily understanding of logistics for ingredient/packaging pipeline

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (AAST is preferrable)
Prior experience in logistics or transportation may be preferred or required.
Strong proficiency with logistics and supply chain management software (ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle the flow of information and data securely and confidentially.
Good Command in English
