Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Perform bank reconciliation and investigate any irregularities & Issuing checks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of finance or Accounting - English Section
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in accounting
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
- Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications
- Good knowledge of statements
- Work experience in taxation at least one year
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel,word)
- Resident in Cairo preferred in Nasr City .

- Problem-Solving to solve problems related to customers.
- Analytical ability for analyzing customer business needs and the market.
- Good presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
