Job Description
- The Job holder is accountable to develop B2B relations with real estate developers and home furnishing retailers in the Middle East
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- To have excellent knowledge about furniture and engineered wood products
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Having sufficient knowledge about the market and its potential
- Provide the required reports as per management request
- Excellent communications skills and sales techniques to cope with the competitive market
- Attend enquiries and convert them into closed sales
- To achieve planned sales targets
Job Requirements
- 3 years active sales experience in wood products
- Degree in business management, administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the company
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Self-confidence, self-motivation with excellent communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license and computer skills
- Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Ability to travel
