Job Description
- Conducting needs assessments to determine training requirements and create a curriculum accordingly.
- Working closely with other departments to identify skill gaps and target areas for development.
- Facilitation of training sessions and workshops on telesales techniques, soft skills, and customer service.
- Designing, developing, and implementing onboarding training progra ms for new employees and development programs for current employees.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- TOT Holder or any relevant certification (A must)
- +1 year of experience in training and development.
- English Proficiency (B2 or above)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and Instructional design models.
Preferred qualification:
- Familiarity with telesales processes.
- Experience designing training content for adult learners.
- Familiarity with American culture or previous experience working with American accounts is highly preferred.
