Job Description
- Reviewing the sale plan/requirements after its approval in terms of types of models, quantities, delivery dates, and others.
- Issuing all required purchase orders based on the pre-prepared plan, whether from the local supplier or the international supplier.
- Lead, manage and handle weekly SOP meeting and prepare everything needed.
Carrying out all necessary activities that may facilitate sales operations, such as internal transfer, withdrawal, etc. - Ensure that all pre-set targets are delivered to the warehouse in full and on time.
- Update and share expected arrival time of start of sale time by supplier by shipping with all functions.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels in addition to safety stock by supplier, item, and distribution station.
- Ability to transform complex data into insightful visualizations.
- Make data-driven decisions and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure that inventory is available in a timely manner, and is cost effective.
- Estimating future demand for a product, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecasting models.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve the accuracy of demand forecasts.
Lead standard operating procedure meetings. - Provide weekly and monthly reports such as demand vs. Display and forecast accuracy
- Monitor and correct stock levels across warehouses to maintain optimal stock quantity and mix.
- Lead replenishment planning ensures that inventory is in the right quantities and variety across
- different locations to meet demand
- Follow up on the company's current inventory.
- Maintain sufficient inventory to meet demand without overstocking
- Negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data,
- Interacts with stakeholders in sales, marketing and finance operations.
- Regularly review and manage stock level and product availability.
- Track all movement of stock shipments for on-time delivery to the warehouse.
- Ensure optimal inventory availability across distribution channels to maximize sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a production planning or any equivalent .
- Advance level in Excel.
- Minimum 3 years of Data Analysis is must
- FMCG background is Must
- Good communication skills
- Good Knowledge of distribution lines / areas .
- Good command of English.
