Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Landscape Designer will play a key role in leading the design process, managing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional landscapes.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional landscape designs that meet their requirements.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit BIM software.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to develop design solutions that meet project objectives and requirements.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, site plans, renderings, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.
• Conduct and research to inform design decisions and ensure projects are responsive.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, and specifications.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and design.
Qualifications:
• • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture or related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture
• Strong design portfolio showcasing diverse projects and creative solution
• Proficiency in Revit BIM is must
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion or any rendering software.
• In-depth knowledge of landscape design principles
• Strong design and technical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, and team members.
• Experience managing project schedules, and deliverables.
• Landscape Architecture license preferred.
• LEED accreditation a plus.
