Job Description
- Manage the entire implementation process on-site to achieve planned timeline and deliverables.
- Ensure implementation is carried out as per approved standards, client requirements, and design specifications.
- Set project action plan and determine needed resources with the project Manager in order to fulfill the project’s needs.
- Delegate tasks to site team members and supervise their day-to-day activities to ensure they are carrying out their responsibilities effectively.
- Manage, and evaluate subcontractors work and report to project planning and procurement.
- Report any design/scope change requested by project’s owner to projects manager.
- Coach and mentor junior site engineers
Job Requirements
- Architecture/Civil Graduates
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Experience in landscape projects is a must
