Job Description
-Export :
•Manage export documentation and logistics for export orders.
•Coordinate and complete accurate and timely export documentation.
•Coordinate with customer service and warehousing to arrange for export shipments. •Troubleshoot/resolve export order issues with broker and/or carrier.
•Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality that meet regulatory and company requirements. •Support the development, implementation, maintenance.
•Assist Distribution Leads.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
•Develops and maintains excellent relationships with vendors, brokers and customers – both internal and external
-Import :
•Following up the shipments clearance.
•Following up with the receiving of the shipping documents.
•Following up examining the sample.
•Implement all the related administration work
. •Updating the entire customs database.
•Coordinating trucking and clearance services
•Following up on carrier bookings
•Processing all shipments docs and steps
•Revising and finalizing BL and all relevant documents
•Coordinating trucking and clearance services
•Provides customers with continuous updates about their orders status on a weekly basis
•Updates customers with information about the documents for their shipments as well as status of their shipped containers
•Keeps records for the containers have been shipped and control all the documentation of the customers
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
